Enjoy modern comfort at our beautifully designed, self-contained 1-bedroom annex. The open-plan living space boasts a stylish lounge with twin sofa beds, a sleek, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar  
  
Unwind in the spacious bedroom with a plush double bed and a private en-suite featuring a luxurious walk-in shower.  
  
With a private entrance, super fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and all essential amenities, this peaceful retreat is perfect for solo travellers, couples, or families of up to 4.  
The space  
This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom annex combines thoughtful design with modern conveniences. Natural light floods the open-plan layout, featuring a cozy lounge with twin Emma sofa beds that can be made in to a full double bed or pulled apart for more privacy or wheeled into the bedroom to be near the main bed. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar dining space and both rooms are equipped with smart TV's.

Whether you're working remotely, here on holiday, or visiting loved ones, this space offers the perfect blend of style and functionality.  
  
If travelling with children we can provide travel cot, high chair, books and age appropriate toys on request.  
  
Guests have access to a spacious front garden with outdoor seating area.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire annex via secure keypad lock, including the lounge, bedroom, kitchen, and en-suite bathroom. A private entrance ensures complete independence and flexibility during your stay.  
  
Free driveway parking is available, and the annex is just a short walk from public transport, shops, and local attractions.

The annex is professionally cleaned before each stay and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, and all essential amenities including towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics.
