I loved how close it was to some of our favorite wineries and it has pretty surroundings. The only negative is that you only have a little fridge like a hotel - no kitchen or even kitchenette. Also, there should be more trash cans in the casita as there is only 1 and it tiny. The one aggravation was every morning @ 6:45 a cardinal (bird) kept hitting the window and woke us up, and bird poop on the chairs and table so we couldn't sit on the front porch in the morning or at night.
