Step inside to a welcoming hallway leading to a separate dining room with seating for six—perfect for shared meals and conversation.  
  
The generous lounge boasts comfortable seating for six and a charming log burner, creating a cozy atmosphere.  
  
The fully-equipped kitchen includes an under-counter fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, and everything needed for basic cooking. A utility room is conveniently located nearby, along with a downstairs WC.  
  
A light-filled conservatory, with additional seating for six, offers beautiful garden views—an ideal spot for relaxing with morning coffee or evening drinks.  
  
Outside, the private garden features a garden bench and a dining area for six, perfect for soaking up the fresh country air.  
  
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has king-size bed, a small double sofa bed for 1 guest, and it's own en suite shower too. The other 2 bedrooms both have double beds and all bedrooms have plenty of storage for your clothes.
