Just returned from a long weekend for a family gathering of 10\. Property was first class with loads of space, crockery, utensils etc. Already trimmed up for Christmas and woodburner laid and ready to light. Only reasons not 5 stars overall were that the dishwasher broke down (but this could happen anytime) and the hot water to the master bedroom en suite needed some patience.Would definitely return if we can find a suitable excuse for a get together. ##### JOHN MELLINGS
