Read reviews and some rated 5 stars. Must ha e been a relative of owner or manager because its a complete lie. Strong burnt rubber smell in elevator. Thought it was broken so didn't use again. No towels in room. Only towel was used and had makeup on it. Lots of trash in stairway. Carpet is ancient and filthy. So are chairs. Linen was washed, but older than I am. TV remote didn't work with tv. Very noisey area since on main blvd. Wifi is very weak. Executive Suites? No Executive or suite. Pure garbage and ghetto. Anyone who gave this hotel a 5 must of just been released from prison.

It was supper loud with a lot of sketchy foot traffic. The room had an odd odor.
The bathroom sink didn’t drain.
The shower never got warm.
The towels appeared stained with makeup and dirty.
The coffee in the morning was instant and not ground brewed.
I will never stay there again.

I've stayed here many times. It's very comfortable and the rooms have always been very clean. it's convenient to the freeway. When it's warm the pool is great.

Hotel was centrally located where there was places in walking distance to grab a bit to eat. When checking in. They didn't have the rooms cleaned. So we had to wait 30 mins. Upon entering the room it was very clean. We noticed the room didn't have any towels. I called the front desk and they provided them for us. Next day they clean we our room but yet again they didn't provided towels. When I went to request for some they said they had a towel shortage and they will get us new ones in the morning. Very inconvenient for us. As we had to get up early for work. There was also a lot of homeless people around and coming into the area of the hotel. For the price of the hotel we could have stayed somewhere else.

We just arrived on day one and no towels in the room, no towels in the pool area, closet door does not open properly, our key card is not working (even though you try to put the key in the slot slow) and the hot tub is not working properly. Best Western needs to review this location before others complain ASAP!

The room had a moldy ceiling and no towels. The key card failed several time so access was a challenge.

The property was not very clean in the rooms, and it was noisy at night
Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Never staying here again.

We were on the first floor and a group of teens were smoking weeds in front of our room for a long time at night. We did not feel safe at all.

Hotel did not enforce its own quiet time policy. Allowing other guests to party with loud music on their balcony late into the night. Not a place to stay to break up a long trip if your goal is to sleep.

My wife and I stayed for an extended stay, and we both agreed, we would stay there again. The house keeping staff, was the best I have ever seen, very accommodating to our every need. If ever in the Manteca area, I highly recommend staying at the Manteca best western.

I was told there was a small deposit that I would get back once I checked out the next day. I booked 1 room for 1 night and I was over charged by 2 extra nights I never booked or used. I reached out to Best Western and am now waiting for their response in the matter. I waited until the pending charge on my account cleared and that is when I noticed the wrongful charge. Best western told me their records show I asked to extend my stay which I never did. I asked for camera footage to be pulled as well.

For the price, location, and amenities you can’t beat it. However, it was disappointing on the cleanliness of my room. There was hair on towels and scattered in the bathroom. The room smelled of smoke and was just overall not in the best shape. The bed was lumpy but again for the price it’s to be expected.
