Fantastic hotel, stayed here a few times. Best location for everything. It’s near Skansen, the vasa, the food hall. Art galleries museums, gamla Stan and the National museum. 5 stars for sure!

This property was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to trams and buses and taxi service from the hotel was extremely efficient. The room we stayed in was 405 and it was large for europe with a view of the river and good amenities We give this a five star rating for comfort and convenience and the impeccable staff. The breakfast is worth the extra.

Very convenient to all tourist destinations. Take the SL ferry from across the street to ABBA, Skansen, Vasa, etc. Walk to Old Town and palace. No Uber, Taxi or hop on bus needed.

Even though the hotel restaurant has changed to not very-well executed Peruvian-Asian (Japanese) fusion, the staff, especially Jasmine, Kim and Sofia make up for anything. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious and bright. The location is magnificent. I walked everywhere in order to sightsee, shop, eat and "live" the city. My highest recommendation. Stay here with confidence!

Excellent place to stay in Stockholm
We loved this hotel. The location was perfect. We requested a high floor and a quite room and we got the PERFECT room on the top floor corner. So quiet w/ a view of the water. the beds were very comfortable.The breakfast was excellent. The lobby water/cookies/fruit throughout the day was just what you needed after a long day of walking.

Well priced. Efficient. Room with view of water was great. Staff really friendly and professional. Gym is pretty useless. Windowless small area with very limited equipment incl weights that only go up to 10kg. I went once and didn’t bother after that - should really try to improve this or just get rid of it

Reception and service from room phone was very good. Restaurant service was great in evening but not so good for breakfast. Specifically no tea/coffee spoons and no space to place mugs to pour coffee or add milk. Room cleaning service not great, forgot to provide bath towels.

Wonderful charming hotel
The hotel was very well located with just short walking distance to museums, restaurants and old town. The hotel was tastefully decorated and very well maintained. The room was retry big with soft wonderful beds. The view was the bes!

Very nice, could be improved.
Very nice stay overall. Lovely views, friendly staff, very clean and a great location. Had a small issue in the room which wasn’t resolved though, and the breakfast service was a shambles - although the food was very nice.

The location of this hotel is unmatched and f you want to beat ever major location a tourist would want or need to see in Stockholm. When I visit Stockholm again, I will be staying at this hotel. Service is also unmatched!

Disappointing service - will not come back
Great location to visit the many sites in Stockholm and lots of shopping, restaurants and bars close by too. Based on the name and standard from Radisson hotels - we were disappointed that we often had no/ poor service in the restaurant and hotel bar during breakfast, lunch and dinner . Also our room was only cleaned once during our 4 night stay. We were clearly left with a feeling that they were understaffed. Personal on duty seemed occupied to speak internally instead of serving the customers. Basics such as butter and even teaspoons during breakfast was missing and when we turned to server for advise - she ignored us by saying "oh I am new here and my first day". No action or responsibility taken... We will not be coming back.

I have stayed many times over decades. It’s a good hotel with top location. But perhaps due to Covid services such as bar and restaurant has declined making it a less attractive hotel to stay at.
