About this property  
Modern family-friendly villa close to both nature and Stockholm city centre. Here you will find everything you need for a short or long stay. Located in a quiet residential area 25 minutes from Stockholm city centre, this fully equipped two-storey villa has 3 bedrooms plus 1 extra separate bedroom with double bed located in a separate house, 2 bathrooms / toilet, laundry room, garden with large patio / terrace, fireplace and private parking. The house has open-plan living areas, open-plan kitchen with the adjoining large terrace. The accommodation is on level 1\. As you enter through the front door there is a hallway, directly to the right is the bathroom with shower, toilet. To the left is a room to hang outerwear and a laundry room. Further ahead is the kitchen with open plan into the living room. Plan 2 Room 1 -master bedroom with double bed Room 2 Single bed Room 3 Single bed Living room with TV and Playstation 5 Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet Room 4 Outside the house! Outside the laundry room there is a door into Bedroom 4 where there is a double bed, the key is in the laundry room There is also an extra mattress available in the house.  
Can also sleep on the sofa if you wish Guest access Guests have access to the whole property except 1 room upstairs where the family store personal items, also a wardrobe door in the master bedroom is locked. Other things to note The homeowners have a car parked at the property. There is a parking space available to the right of the car. Can also be parked on the street if there is not too much snow.
