The hotel had beautiful, antique artefacts everywhere. The attic room was fantastic, cosy and lovely design features. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lady Hamilton which is a great location to explore Stockholm. The staff gave excellent options for dining and exploring. The hotel is also very quaint and just around the corner from the palace.

The rooms are small, but I think it's typical for this area. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Very convenient and attractive area for a first time visitor.

Decor was “eclectic” and a little unpolished/thrown together but can be considered charming though slightly shabby. The courtyard left a lot to be desired as well. But it was very very clean. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was unexpectedly incredible with almost everything you could ask for. Gluten free, vegan, healthy, continental and traditional Swedish fare. This is also perfectly located so you can walk almost anywhere - even though it’s smack dab in the touristy section of old town (most would prefer that anyway). It’s also one of the rare hotels with a second bedroom off the main bedroom.

The location is perfect. Loved being able to walk to Ostermalm & other places. The hotel staff recommended great restaurants, they are very helpful & friendly. The hotel is very charming. The only negative things are the empty planters in front of the hotel needs attention & the big antique ship hanging by the stairs needs dusting. Other than this, it was beautiful!

Great Stop in Stockholm
The hotel is perfectly situated in Gamla Stan and is walkable or a short taxi to most major attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Coffee and tea are provided throughout the day and the hotel has its own sauna for rent. Make sure the room sizes align with your travel party but we found them to fit exactly what we were looking for. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the hotel to others.

The staff was exceptional and were all very inviting and warm. We really appreciated the hot cup of Glögg upon check-in. It was the perfect greeting from the snowy yet short trek from the central station. 10/10

Stayed here due to proximity to New Year’s Eve festivities. Charming and comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast hit the spot. Wonderful staff. This hotel had everything we needed.

The staff at the hotel was always pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast room was lovely offering a nice simple breakfast with everything being kept very clean and tidy during the meals. I was sorry I was unable to do the afternoon tea on Saturday or Sunday. It looked lovely. The location is right next to the Royal Palace and the cathedral so I was able to attend church services.The decor of the hotel is outstanding and unusual. It has many Swedish antiques on every floor and in every room. A great place to stay to feel the real sense of livig in Stockholm’s Gamla Stan.

Lovely hotel in perfect location!
We loved the Lady Hamilton. The building, which dates from the 1400s, is beautiful and houses some lovely antiques. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location can’t be beat!

I liked the hotel for a brief 2 night stay. For a longer stay, I would stay at a hotel that provides - air conditoning - a minibar - a shower and not a very dangerous and slippery bathtub - body lotion, conditioner - bathrobe and slippers - roomservice Also, a proper coffee machine and not percolator lukewarm coffee. In my opinoon, this is a 3 star hotel.
