Conveniently located near Gamla Stan. Breakfast spread is great, and with a great view of the Old Town. Walkable to metro station. Room is clean and comfortable, would stay here if I revisit Stockholm.

Experiencing warm Filipino hospitality in Sweden is delightful. The F&B staff, mostly Filipino, and Manager Dino's team are fantastic. The reception team was also excellent.

Very nice hotel situated in a very central position. The king corner suite was perfect for a small family. A little bit strange that some reception staff couldn't speak Swedish being a Stockholm hotel!

This hotel is AMAZING! The staff are all top-notch and so very friendly. They all spoke perfect English and were so very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Gamla Stan and offers water views and views of Gamla Stan. There were tons of restaurants and shopping close to the hotel and it is also conveniently located within a block of the SL which will get you most anywhere you want to go! Our rooms were spotless and the housekeeping staff definitely took pride in their jobs! The restaurant was very good and there was at least one vegetarian option for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had many different options each day. We would most definitely stay at this hotel again!

We were here for the NHL Global Series hockey but wanted to take in Stockholm more generally. Very happy with the location, only a few minutes from the Slussen metro station. Walked several times to Gamla Stan (Old town). Great breakfast and overall facilities.

We had a very beautiful 6 night stay at this hotel. I could not recommend it more. To begin with, the hotel is located in one of the most upcoming neighborhoods of the city and you have a fantastic view of the old town. As of facilities and service, they really fulfill the level of Hilton in that arena. Very responsive, great rooms and housekeeping. Last but not least, if you are doubting on getting the breakfast, GET IT, completely value for money.

Loved the marble but not the room location/layout.
The hotel is beautiful and we loved the location. We are active seniors but we had to negotiate either 2 elevators or stairs and 1 elevator to get to our room. To access the shower we had to get into a very high tub. The room was split into 3 small rooms which was a little cumbersome. There are varying levels throughout the dining areas so caution is important for older people.

The location for excellent and the view from our room was fantastic. The room itself was very nice and clean and comfortable to sleep in. Our only issue was confusion at check-in. We had a free upgrade for one night and upgraded our other nights to the same type of room. However, even after careful explanation of this the hotel charged the wrong credit card for parking even though I clearly asked them to remove that card from the reservation. It took a long phone call late at night to get it cleared up. Despite this mistake we had a wonderful stay.

Great stay.
Excellent location. The hotel restaurant, Eken, is very good, as is Spago just up the street. Staff was friendly, breakfast offerings plentiful and varied. Easy hotel to recommend.

The gym, while a bit of a trek to get to, was in serious need of cleaning and upkeep. The equipment was in perfect working order. The floors, wall, and ceiling, however, needs some attention.

I found the lobby awkward to get around, but the staff at the front desk was professional and helpful. The biggest problem was the room, which, while large enough for two persons, offered the most measly clothes closet space that I've ever seen. The closet for the ironing board was much larger, but for us, the iron was unneeded. The bathtub was so high to get in and so awkward to use that it felt risky to use it. A short person would be really challenged, not to speak of an elderly one, like me and my wife. There was no vanity, but a low shelf that was difficult to use as it was by the toilet and not convenient.

The room is spacious, but there is very limited closet space, no drawers, and the bathtub is much too high to step into easily. It could be dangerous for a short or elderly person to get in & out. What could be a useful closet is given to an ironing board. Who comes up with such bad design choices?

The Slussen area is undergoing a lot of maintenance and the hotel is on the edge of this. That being said the location for Gamla Stan and the Tunnelbana is excellent. The hotel is well appointed and the staff were helpful and well informed. Breakfast was very good

The location is amazing. Great views and close to transport and easily walkable to old city and other sites. The staff were very kind and helpful. However this location can get really crowded. At points the lobby was completely full. The breakfast was very crowded. The hotel tried to help this indicating signage to avoid peak times, but that isn't always possible. The gym is also shared public gym and was very crowded. There is a sauna but the gym bathrooms had no towels available for easy use and no one to ask.

Not quite what we expected
My wife and I booked an executive room which aside from the marble bathroom was a very ordinary and overpriced room by our standards. The sink faucet and the light switch in the bathroom fell off in our hands. It was impossible to have the bathroom door and the closet door open at the same time as the entrance was very narrow. The room was described as having a lake view, but the view was actually the four lane bridge and metro bridge over Gamla Stan, and extremely noisy if one opened the window. We stayed 3 nights and the coffee cups and glasses in the room were not once washed or replaced. Obviously we were quite shocked, surprised, and disappointed in the room and the misleading description. On the up side - the front desk and hotel and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Few at the executive lounge on the top floor. She was extremely nice, friendly, and kept the delicious food trays filled with the tasty treat. She made our stay much warmer.
