Nice big room that was super clean. Plug sockets in slightly odd location but enough of them. Could’ve done with a bin in the bedroom as well as the small one in the room. Otherwise very comfortable with a good breakfast and helpful staff. It’s in more of a residential area though.

The hotel is in Vasastan with easy links to the commuter train to the center. Or you can walk in 25 mins. The hotel is being renovated and the spa was great, but they hadn't reached the 9th floor where we stayed. That said, the room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended for the price.

Lovely city. Good hotel
Great stay. 4* hotel, about 3.5* rooms. Clean and bright room, bathroom a bit cramped. Very lovely and extensive breakfast buffet. Great spa. Transport links are great so its not too far into town

Upon arriving in our room we noticed that there was dirty marks on the net certain’s and the net certain was worn, dust on the bed posts, all was reported to reception said they would send up house keeping never attend the kettle was absolutely disgusting. - poor house keeping. Average hotel with average staff!

Perfect stay on the edge of central Stockholm
We loved our stay at Elite Palace. The staff were all very friendly, we arrived early to drop our luggage but we were given our room which was great after travelling on an overnight ferry. The room was beautifully decorated with a spacious bathroom too. The room had a fridge which we found useful. The bed was so comfortable, it was the comfiest bed we had on our trip around the Baltic Sea. Breakfast was a generous and varied affair and of a high standard. If I was being picky, the coffee wasn’t great. But everything else was. The hotel is currently expanding to other floors of the building but despite the work we didn’t hear anything and weren’t disturbed at all. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Stockholm.

Very comfortable bed with luxury linen. Superb breakfast offering - everything you could want and all fantastic quality. All items fresh and constantly being topped up. Quite a distance from the main area / central station - too far to walk but easy to use the Metro. Some nice cafes and bars and restaurants nearby, along with a Lidl. Bathroom drain was smelly. Charged for the bottled water in the fridge which I found unusual and a bit cheapskate. No aircon in the room. Disappointed we couldn't use the pool - you had to pay a LOT for a three hour session to use the spa - I'd missed the small print which is a shame as we were there for four nights and did want to use the pool area for a short time on one of the days.

Excellent 4-star hotel in great location
Elite Palace Hotel in Stockholm is a very nice property in a great location near the metro and bus lines. There are many nice restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet that was included with our room. It is a 4 star hotel and my only issue is the lack of AC which is common in many European hotels. Sara at reception was wonderful and emailed me directions to get to the hotel from the airport. It was an easy bus ride that drops you off 50 meters from the hotel. We enjoyed our 3-day stay at Elite Palace Hotel!

I will definitely be staying here again. It's a great location - quiet and near a big park for running/walking while still being so easy to get anywhere in Stockholm. The gym and spa is incredible and the breakfast is great. I stayed in a room which was a bit older than the rest of the hotel but it was clean and comfortable with lots of space.

Review of elite palace hotel stockholm
I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have allways found it adequate. However this time I had to pay for a bigger room as the cheaper rooms were not available at time of booking. I found the room quite spacious but was very cold did not seem to be any heating, also my bed lamp and 1 table lamp were not working. The bathrooms are very dated and small and in my opinion the bath was old. The hotel asked if I wanted to go green in which I did go green only benefiting the hotel as I did not have any room service for my 4 day stay, this is saving staff time not doing my room . If they want people to go green it should be put on their website and the price per night should be cheaper. What I would say staff are helpfull friendly and there is a good breakfast choice.

Great for a city break
The location was great - close to the subway and 1 stop from the centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really varied and tasty.

Nice hotel; Misleading advertising - NO POOL
Note to travelers: this hotel does NOT have a pool. It is located above an independent spa that has a pool. Entering that pool/spa/sauna area costs $50 for hotel guests. The spa has a separate reception, booking, and operation. I was really disappointed to discover these additional fees, because the hotel features the pool and spa area in most of its promotional material. Otherwise, my room was clean and efficient. Paint was chipped in places, and bathroom was a bit dated, but overall it was quite comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Located just out of central city but with underground station nearby, this is not an issue. Hotel room was very clean. Bed was comfy however pillow quality could be improved. We were awoken to maintenance from what sounded like the floor below quite early on 2 occasions which wasn’t ideal. Range of breakfast was fantastic

Lovely hotel, but far out. Spa expensive!
Lovely hotel, however a little out of the centre, so not too convenient. Strangely they don’t allow you to leave credit card details to allow room charges, very odd! Also, the Spa and Gym are awesome, however they don’t mention that they charge you around €50 to enter the SPA. It does not mention it in their advert on hotels.com anywhere, and they even use photo of spa as their leading image! That’s bad! I cancelled another hotel that was charging for use of Spa and booked here as there was no mention of charge in the FEES AND POLICIES section, yet they DO charge. Gym is free but sauna and pool etc are SEK495. To be fair, after I complained they allowed me free access, but still, that’s bad business practice. Everything else was ok, good 4 star hotel.

Stylist hotel near centre of Stockholm
Great position as bus stop for airport bus nearby and short distance by metro to centre of Stockholm. Exceedingly clean large room , comfy bed and excellent wet room. Good wide selection at breakfast and we would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Very enjoyable stay, friendly and helpful staff esp. Victor at the front desk and the cleaning team were great. note: car parking spaces are limited and no valet or busboy so plan accordingly!

Rummet var perfekt! Tyst och lugnt. Bra städning, perfekt frukostbuffé! Det fanns precis allt man kan tänka sig. Däremot saknade vi ljuddämpande åtgärder i lokalen. Varför inte ha ett undertak i restaurangen? Jobbigt hög ljudnivå annars var allt perfekt!
