Rustic, yet very comfortable. The property is a hunting lodge, with hosted hunts.
Pool and hot tub was very nice and the Cantina had very good food and drink variety. Staff was attentive but not intrusive.
We will be staying there again.

A bit tricky to get to the property due to construction. Check in was seem less and the lady at the counter was nice and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Interesting property and steps away from the Alamo. No ghost activity (bummer) but the historical charm of the hotel was still pretty cool. The breakfast was not as good as I expected from reading reviews, but it will do if you want something fast and free. I'd stare here again.

Very disappointed for a La Quinta by Wyndham. The property needs a complete overhaul. The front looks like it hasn’t been maintained for a while. The room was clean enough to feel comfortable to sleep overnight but it’s time for a rehab budget. The floor in the elevator was gross and the safety handles ...
