"Very friendly "

"We loved our room and it's proximity to the breakfast area, pools, and beach. Everything was very clean. We also loved having a bike/golf cart rental store across the street from our room and they allowed us to park our golf cart at the store for free which meant we didn't need to pay for parking at the hotel. Our only issue was that there was a lot of seaweed in the ocean at the hotel this time of year which meant swimming in the ocean was not an option. The other side of the island had no seaweed, though, so we just took the golf cart for a short drive to a great beach. "

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful the grounds were immaculate, the ambiance was peaceful, and the entire property had a relaxing, welcoming vibe. She greeted us with such genuine warmth and friendliness, and she made the check-in process seamless. Barbara went out of her way to even recommend some restaurants near by which helped being that It was my first time in Key West. Her kind demeanor and professionalism truly set the tone for our stay. We can't recommend Ibis Resort enough it’s a perfect getaway spot with stunning surroundings and outstanding staff. We’ll definitely be back!"
