Cosy, comfortable country house "Ekbacken", detached, built in 2015, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 25 km from the centre of Gnesta, 33 km from the centre of Flen, 58 km from the centre of Södertälje, in a quiet position on top of a hill, traffic calmed area, 150 m from the edge of the forest, 800 m from the lake. Private: natural state property 4'500 m2, large garden with trees. Patio (24 m2), parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 7.4 km, supermarket 7.4 km, shopping centre 24 km, restaurant 7.4 km, bicycle rental 24 km, bus stop "Köpenhamn" 6.3 km, railway station "Gnesta" 24 km, sandy beach "Dammhagen" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.4 km, children's playground 7.5 km, fishing possibilities 13 km. Nearby attractions: Gripsholm Castle in Mariefred 40 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Båven 13 km. Hiking paths: Sörmlandsleden 8 km. Please note: fishing \[permit required\].  
"Ekbacken", 2-room house 66 m2\. Object suitable for 3 adults + 2 children. Spacious, with sloping ceilings, tasteful and cosy furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Sleeping alcove with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Heating, electric heating, boiler (70 litres). Upper floor: (ladder) small sleeping alcove 12 m2 with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large terrace 24 m2\. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the lake, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. TV via casting. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
