Excellent, from Check-In till Check-Out, all at its best. The Ladies at the reception are more than kind and willing to help at anytime. The Apartments as well as the Poll are in good condition. The beach is almost 10minutes away, depending how fast you walk :-) We will come again.

#### 2 night family stay
Apartment is very nice, spotlessly clean with outside space front and back. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard on duty at the times specified. 5 min walk from the famous Spiaggia La Pelosa, just remember to bring Straw Mat or Microfibre Towel. Only negatives, quite noisy from adjoining apartments, no soundproofing and the area outside property is very run down, lots unfinished construction sites.

Loved every second. The photos don’t do it justice. Extremely helpful staff. The lifeguards on the pool looked after my daughter after she got stung by a jellyfish. For local food go to Lina, Regata for pizza and Ancora. The deli is Sidi Market is also excellent if you’re eating at home. Don’t forget to book your pass for La Pelosa and if not go to Ezzi Mannu which is a free beach. Excellent place. Highly recommend.

The place was just as described, clean, practical, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, which was just a short walk away. The location couldn’t have been better. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient beach getaway!

Great stay! Would definitely stay here again. The extra fees (particluarly utlitity fee) at checkin were a little unexpected, but I may have missed that in the booking. We would recommend this place! Be sure to book the beach ahead if time. We wish we would have known that. If the beach is all reserved, we found you can still rent 2 chairs for 47 euro. The beach with the shallow sandbar is not to be missed. Best beach we have ever seen.

The pool area is awesome and walking distance to one of most beautiful beaches (La Pelosa) I have ever been to was so convenient. Just make sure to reserve your spot on the beach in advance!

If I can give less then one star I would I start with bad It’s basically glorified camp grounds We walk in to room and room smell like mold and musty Bed was 30 cm shorter my feet was sticking out Crazy uncomfortable bed Smelly pillows. Towels got holes in it and so on Oh and you can hear your neighbors talking walking around We suppose to stay two nights I end up leaving after one Crazy part we go checking out And they say they want 40 euros per night for cleaning I was not paying attention it’s not just price from site It is that price plus 40 euros per cleaning And 3 euros per person Per night All set and done I pay for 2 night 310 euros Even I just stay only one And for beach you need reserve it To enter And pay Whole place it’s joke It’s nicer places with nicer hotel and free beaches If you don’t believe Try it for yourself

Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Parken kann man auf dem Gelände welches Nachts nur per Code zu öffnen ist. Also alles prima! Aber die Umgebung ist alles andere als schön! Gegenüber der Einfahrt befindet sich ein Hotel welches optisch an ein Gefängnis erinnert und am Parkplatz befindet sich (außerhalb des Geländes) ein verlassenes altes Freibad. Eine Bar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants gibt’s nicht in der Nähe, man muss also immer das Auto nehmen.

Cet hébergement est très proche de la plage la pelosa (attention de réserver à l’avance les pass dont vous avez besoin pour accéder à la plage). Bon accueil, au moins une personne parle Français. Très belle piscine. Hébergement tout confort avec climatisation. Personnel au top. Voiture indispensable pour le shopping et les excursions.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. La résidence est très belle, très bien entretenue, les logements sont de qualité. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une vue mer. À cinq minutes à pied de la fameuse plage La Pelosa. Rien à dire, si ce n’est que si nous revenons dans le coin, nous réserverons ce logement sans hésiter !

De accomodatie is nieuw en schoon. Het complex ziet er zeer verzorgd en netjes uit. Het personeel is erg aardig. Bij het zwembad is een poolbar waar je oa lekkere koffie en een croissantje kunt kopen.Op loopafstand ligt het prachtige Spiaggia Pelosa. Verder is de omgeving erg rustig (niet heel veel te beleven in oktober).

Excellent accueil (boite à clés si vous arrivez hors des horaires d'ouverture, de bons conseils, des échanges très sympathiques et souriants), location de vélo, localisation, agencement de l'appartement.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in een prima accommodatie. Het seizoen is begin mei nog niet begonnen, dus het was heerlijk rustig. Klein nadeel dat je goed moet kijken welke restaurantjes geopend zijn, maar dan nog steeds genoeg keus en van prima kwaliteit! Het appartement ligt op een paar minuten lopen van het prachtige strand, maar er is ook een heerlijk zwembad aanwezig. Ook handig is het gratis gebruik kunnen maken vd wasmachine (wel wasmiddel aanschaffen) Het personeel is erg vriendelijk!
