Oceanfront Beauty with views from every room

Right on the beach! Over-sized windows offer panoramic views of the ocean from every room. You can even check out the surf from the comfort of your bed. The second floor kitchen, dining and living spaces all open to the wrap-around deck, offering a view in all directions.
A spacious primary bedroom with king bed and additional guest bedroom with queen bed are on the second floor, with a full bath. Downstairs, an additional living space is perfect for guests, with two sleeping spaces: one formal bedroom with queen bed, one full bed in the common space, and a full bath. Outside, near the hot tub is a convenient outdoor shower.
The upstairs and downstairs are not connected inside, but easily accessed by the double staircase just outside. After a full day on the beach, warm your bones in the hot tub or get cozy by the wood fireplace.
House has one parking space in front. Additional vehicles will need to park on street.
Gas Grill. EV Charger. Dogs Allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Full sized Bed.

As mentioned in many reviews, the view is phenomenal as you are, literally, right on the sand. You get priceless sunsets from the comfort of your large deck, complete with several chairs for taking it all in.The house was spotless, linens comfy and soft, the kitchen was fully equipped with every single thing we needed to make a family holiday meal. The wood-burning fireplace is the only "real" heat upstairs but warmed the place nicely and quickly. The upstairs layout was ideal for our family gathering...cozy and yet open at the same time. It was not ideal to NOT have interior, direct access to the downstairs but we knew the situation going in and were able to make it work with little nuisance factor. The only other negative a couple times was the smell of the holding tank when down on the lower outdoor space.Management was AMAZING. They responded immediately to any question and went out of their way several times to provide information in a timely manner. They even made a special trip to take pictures of everything the kitchen had so we could plan our holiday meal. Overall, it was a lovely home for a small family gathering and THE PERFECT house to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. We look forward to renting it again.

We had a family together and rented this house. The house is well-appointed. Clean and well-stocked. The ocean views are amazing.We had a great time. We played games, had barbecue, and wonderful walks on the beach!We'll be renting this house again!

The location of this rental can’t be beat: literally right on the beach and walking distance to town. Overall our experience was good, not great. For one, there is only room for one car to park (for a rental that advertises room for 8). Additional cars must park on Calle de Arroyo, several hundred yards away from the house. Second, the power in the kitchen and living room inexplicably went out the last evening of our stay. On our last morning we had to make coffee and toast in one of the bedrooms that still had functioning electrical outlets. Emergency phone numbers are provided but we only got through on the fourth number; the first three went to voicemail, with no callbacks. The fourth person, Gabriel, was very responsive, but the nature of the problem was beyond his ability to fix. No flipping of amp switches or GFI outlet resets fixed the problem. The management only offered 50 off our overall bill of 3K for the inconvenience of having no power in the kitchen, living room and several wall outlets in the master bedroom for more than 16 hours. We’re not likely to stay here again until the electrical system is repaired/upgraded.

Great view, mediocre property

Great view and location but the house is bare bones and feels older than the photos indicate. Note there’s no heat in the house and the property managers provide electric space heaters (some of which work and some don’t). As others have mentioned, the downstairs is only accessible by outside stairs and is very musty smelling. The kitchen was also bare bones and the TV is older, glad we brought an our Amazon Fire stick. Hot tub was nice. Would not stay again.

We had outstanding weather for our long weekend stay. (Three generations even went boogie boarding together one day). We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the hot tub and the ease of walking to Parkside for coffee and a dinner out. Being right on the beach to watch incredible sunsets and being able to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom made for a perfect stay.
