We were maybe one minute from the beach and it’s a quiet block. We were also about a one minute drive from the tiny town of Stinson Beach. The market is well-stocked and there are two good restaurants. Make sure and grab wood from the market, because this cottage got cold at times. ##### Will D. The house is very dog friendly with a charming enclosed back deck and yard. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and the rest of the house is informal with a very comfortable bedroom. The pull-out bed in the living room needs to be upgraded. If the evenings/nights are chilly there is only 1 space heater so use accordingly. The sofa bed is lumpy but serviceable. The TV is in the bedroom and we could not get it to work. The owner offered suggestions but they did not work. The cottage has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The back deck needs a little repair. We loved our stay at the Mouse Hole! It is just a few steps from the beach down a short path, but even better is the close proximity to the shops and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed being able to park our car for the duration of our stay and walk on the beach to get to town for a snack or dinner. But yet far enough away that the beach wasn’t crowded with day trippers. We also really appreciated all of the hanging storage in the cottage, so that we could keep our belongings organized and off of the ground. We look forward to returning soon! ##### Jodie S. Well equipped. Literally steps from the beach! Pillows in bedroom are not clean and need replacing. Reported that bathroom light did not work but nobody ever came to fix it. Spacious and fenced in backyard. Bring your own wood for fireplace. Walking distance, along the beach, to town! Easy parking in front yard! Spices Ns cooking oil in kitchen! There was a little confusion with VRBO when I added an extra night to our stay which led to the servicing staff showing up a day early. The property manager will be working on that issue for future bookings. Thank you for a wonderful stay which we thoroughly enjoyed with our dogs. They loved it too! ##### Cheri D.
