Bed sheets where disgusting and w board that was supposed to cover wires was loose and fell off of the headboard and onto me. Jetted tub was also incredibly dirty. Would probably not stay here again.

The women who took care of breakfast was amazing. The girl who worked the first day 12/27 sat and did nothing. We ran to the store and left our 16 yr old son, she called the room and said are you guys saying another night. (We paid for 2) when i asked her why she had no reason for it. Also a little heads up about the crazy construction would have been nice!

My family used this as pit stop during accross country road trip. We visited the movie theatre with the kids which was walking distance from the hotel. There is plenty of fast food restaurants near by. The check in process was the quickest process I have ever seen at hotel. Key and room was already assigned and he literally verified my card and ID and handed me my keys. There is a fridge and microwave and beds or the normal comfort.

We didn't learn of the pet fee until we got there and we thought it was excessive at $50 a day. That turned out to be $172 with fees for 3 days! We were gone all day at a family home and our dog was with us. We can understand a pet deposit with a review. We won't be back. And we could here kids running the hallways and jumping.

Outstanding! From previous reviews I was wary, but this was worth the extra $25 it cost to stay away from the highway like the lodging directly behind Holiday Inn Express. Our room (409) was huge, quiet, clean, and the front desk was extremely pleasant when we were greeted late at night when we arrived for a place right off of 40East, it was perfect. We had a peaceful quiet night of sleep. And even though we arrived just after 10 pm we were able to order some pizza delivered to our room! That was sweet!

Meh Hotel
This is a NO frills hotel. Front desk staff was ok. They required a $75 incidental fee yet there isn’t anything most would spend that $ on in that hotel (no restaurant, no alcohol, guess it’s for those who rent movies?!?!). Our room smelled like burning hair. The hotel was empty but we were on the 3rd floor. Overall, not too impressed but it’s acceptable for a stopover while travelling thru Arkansas.
