« Overall cleanliness was fine, bath mats in bathrooms were not clean. Covered in hair and dirt, very gross. Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. »

« Incredibly welcoming home! Owner had decorated for holidays & messaged in advance to make sure we were ok with holiday decorations (every thoughtful!). Check in was as described, & owner messaged to check that all was ok. We hit during a very cold spell but heat was more than adequate. Every room had a different personality, very thoughtful & with little personal thouches throughout (games, pillows, blankets, etc). The kids loved the HP bunk room & adjacent game room (a lot of family...

In addition, there was an odor that permeated the house which made things uncomfortable. The listing mentioned games in the game room - game room was a large empty space with no games. When the WiFi was down it was impossible to access the on line guide to the place. »

« This house is really nice and big. We stayed with 3 other couples and kids. Everyone had their own space. Everything you need is in the house. Only issue, and it was small, is you have to go through security at the gate for everything, entry, deliveries. Not a big deal, but it is a gated community. »
