In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. Hot tub Rules \-Please shower before and after using the hot tub to protect the linens. \-Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. \-Local ordinances require the hot tub cover to be replaced and securely strapped when not in use to prevent entry by young children and to keep it heated. \-Spa cover is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover. \-Do not enter if the temperature is above 104 F \-No glass in or near the hot tub \-No jumping, diving, or pets \-Limit your hot tub time to 15 min and cool off before using it again. Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls, etc., need to be disposed of in the wastebasket. No video productions without written consent from the property owner. The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. Very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were in good working order. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was as described or even better. We had a few minor things that we contacted the host about and got a reply almost immediately. All agreed, we would be thrilled to stay again! ##### Kelli S.
