It had expansive views of the bay from the west side of the house, which meant that every night was a spectacular sunset. The access to the private beach was perfect. My grandkids loved combing the beach and swimming. It was so relaxing. We could just sit and watch them from the property if we wanted. It was a very quiet neighborhood, even being next to a marina. A few things that we wanted to mention however, there were no shades on the windows in the bedrooms, just thin rattan Roman shades that did not keep the light out or were not private at night from the outside. There was a little bit of an ant problem in both bathrooms around the sink. The other problem, though that Melissa assisted with was the problem that trash had not been picked up when we arrived the cans were both full so we had to wait a few days till another trash truck came to pick up the garbage.
