Situated amidst the resort's amenities, including fishing ponds, tennis, basketball, horseshoe, and pickleball courts, three playgrounds, two pools, a kiddie pool, sandy volleyball court, and the all-encompassing beauty of Lake Michigan, Unit 2 provides unparalleled access to a range of recreational activities.  
  
While the resort boasts numerous units, only a select few are fortunate enough to be nestled along the shores of Lake Michigan. Unit 2, a two-bedroom Chalet, is the perfect choice for your 2024 Summer lake and beach vacation. Recently updated with new carpeting and furniture, it offers a modern and comfortable retreat. The fully stocked kitchen ensures convenience and ease during your stay. Each bedroom features a Queen size bed and two bunk beds, accommodating both comfort and functionality. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of lakeside living and create cherished memories with family and friends.

The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following:   
For stays exceeding 28 days, the Guest is responsible for paying the electric bill. The Guest must contact Indiana Michigan Power to have the electric service transferred to their name for the duration of their stay.
