Close to anything you might need.However, there was no disclaimer at the time of our booking, that the living quarters and what not are all 2nd story, and require a lot of steps up and down. It was just fine for our family, but may be difficult for older folks. "

"We had a relaxing and fun winter vacation in this lovely home! Our extended family gathered for the holidays and were greeted with a festive tree and twinkling lights — so wonderful! We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and big family table (for meals, games and puzzles). "The loft accommodations and amenities were very well planned and comfortable for the small space The porch and many lawn seating areas were all perfect to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, frog calls and multiple varieties of birds calls. Favorite sighting was the Green Heron that hung out on a branch just off the dock.We enjoyed the well groomed walking trails that follow the shoreline. The river is a quick paddle away.
