### Apartment 'Stine' with Lake View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Located in Stetten, this 65 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, plus a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a gallery. The second bedroom is available for an extra charge when occupied by 2 people. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and air conditioning. The apartment offers mountain and lake views. Two baby cots and two high chairs are provided. The interiors are barrier-free, and there is a separate WC.  
  
Enjoy the view from your own 6 m² balcony. A barbecue is available on request for outdoor cooking, and there are communal toys and books for children.  
  
You park free of charge in two parking spaces with a total area of approx. 30 m² at the house. Pets are not allowed, as allergy sufferers also stay in the accommodation. Events are not permitted. A lockable, covered storage area for two bicycles is available.  
  
Stetten is quiet yet close to amenities: the village with about 1,000 inhabitants is 3 km from Meersburg. Lake Constance with a natural beach (1 km long) is a 10-minute walk away, but only partially accessible by car. The village offers essentials, a hairdresser, three restaurants, and a pizzeria. Public transport is available. Markdorf is 8 km, Ravensburg 25 km, Überlingen 18 km, and Friedrichshafen 22 km away. You can play golf in Owingen (20 km), rent sailboats in Gohren (30 km). Please note that the church bells ring every hour and once on the half hour.  
  
Additional information: The 3-star rating was awarded according to the relevant categories at the middle of three levels. The air conditioning cools the living, kitchen, and dining areas, ensuring pleasant temperatures in the bedrooms as well.
