« The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location near the airport was excellent. We left before breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our biggest complaint was that the door into our room dragged so badly on the floor that it could not be opened the entire way. And when we mentioned it the next morning we were told it was a known problem! Why assign us that room then? The hotel did not appear to be full. This the poor rating. »

The mattress was nothing but a bunch of squeaky coils that was soooo uncomfortable.The bedding had what looked like bodily fluid stains and the blankets were so thin like they were curtains. Several lighting fixtures and outlets did not work. The TV was extremely blue color and dark- attempts to adjust was useless. The breakfast was gross,the selection was minimal and second rate . the plates barely fit 1 quarter of a waffle, the coffee was watered down and the...
