Welcome to your cozy and private retreat! This 450-square-foot basement-level suite offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The studio-style layout includes a wood-burning fireplace, a comfortable sleeping area, and a relaxing sitting space perfect for unwinding or streaming your favorite shows.  
  
You’ll have a recently updated bathroom (2024) and a refreshed kitchenette, ideal for light cooking or takeout nights. A shared laundry room is also available for your use, with prior coordination.  
  
Guests enjoy free parking, secure entry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the peace of mind that comes with exterior security cameras and a Ring alarm system. Plus, you’ll have access to community amenities including pools, walking trails, tennis courts, and more—all in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
