Le petit déjeuner est aussi de bonne qualité et varié. La salle de restaurant du style chalet de montagne est chaleureuse et offre une très belle vue. Le personnel est sympathique. La vue des chambres Sentinel est splendide, surtout au lever et coucher de soleil. La literie est confortable. En revanche, la chambre est très mal isolée, on sent le vent rentrer par la porte et les fenêtres, ce qui en plus de refroidir la pièce est très bruyant... Le coffre-fort et une des couvertures chauffantes ne fonctionnaient pas. Le prix de la nuit est élevé, mais il n'y a pas d'autre alternative pour faire la randonnée aux Tugela falls."
