The house is surrounded by a beautiful, large, landscaped garden with a pond. The offer also includes a parking space, garden furniture, a barbecue and 3 bicycles. Guests with small dogs are welcome. The owner lives on the same property and also has a small dog. Stepnica is a real paradise for lovers of nature, peace and quiet, as well as enthusiasts of active recreation both on water and on land. On the one hand, the vast forests of the Goleniowska Forest, and on the other - the Szczecin Lagoon, perfect for water tourism. Tourists can enjoy here: well-developed swimming areas, dozens of kilometers of hiking and cycling trails, marinas and equipment rentals, and, above all, extremely rich natural values. There is the largest population of white-tailed eagles in Poland and one of the largest in Europe.
