« Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

« The house was great , near many things to do The only negative was that the kayaks were not left in very accessible shape they were filled with water dirt and spiders,,had a hard time getting them down to the water to use them »

« The house is in a very nice residential small town feel part of town. The house is clean and well equipped if you want to cook or just hang out. Garage play room was a little warm with the heat. We had a storm blow through and quite a few limbs fell. The property manager was very quick to come over and had help to clean up. »

« Everything about how this house was great! The backyard is the perfect place to relax after a day of riding. The waffle and coffee bar are a nice touch. The owner communicates quickly. The trailhead is right behind the house as well. »
