A top tier clean property with a very helpful and friendly staff in all departments. The attached restaurant had a good selection of items and the dining area had great seating and fountains. We will return if ever in this area again.

Fantastic Hotel
This lovely hotel is sparkling clean, new, comfortable. There is AC. The restaurant is gourmet. The hotel was very welcoming to our dog.

Surprisingly good hotel
Super friendly staff, nice spacious rooms. Bed is comfortable and shower is excellent. Good breakfast (could have more options), excellent restaurant.

Careful! Surprise charges made! I made my reservation for a price and the charge increased. I contacted the hotel staff and the reason for the additional charge was not valid.

(We already had the opportunity to explain it to you directly, thank you).Our hotel has only double rooms. We also give the rooms for single use, which makes the price a little cheaper.You only booked for one person, but at the end, there arrived 2 people. As two people arrived, we had to charge extra for the second person. Not a serious hotel!
The Hotel didn’t send us the code to get in! We called, passed by 3 times but there was nobody there and nobody answered the phone!! We could get in the building with another guest, it was 18:00 already! After trying to call all the numbers using the telephone in the reception we finally reached a hotel employee. He came to help us and we could get in our room, it was 19:00!! In the morning, when we complained in the reception the woman said they sent us the code twice. She also said we should know the reception is closed after 11:00! It was not their fault, we should know that!! We said there is no excuse not to answer the phone during the hole day! It’s unacceptable that nowadays a hotel just leaves the reception unattended and don’t answer their ‘contact phone’!! She offered a CHF 20,- discount but we said it was not enough then we got a discount of CHF 40,-. WE WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!

It was short stay of one night. Modern hotel and very well maintained. Staff was quick and responsive. Although we couldn’t find a phone in the room to connect to the reception for any assistance.

Very comfortable, modern and clean hotel
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Double room size was a bit on the small side, but the modern bathroom design made up for it. I also appreciated the large underground garage with elevator access. The only drawback is that Thun town is not within easy walking distance, so you'll need to use bus, bike or car to get in to town.

We were a little concerned about being a self check in. But we received our code that day via email to get into the hotel. Check-in took one minute. Everything was clean, comfortable and wonderful. Met the staff the next morning at the front desk, extremely helpful.

This hotel is great. I could check in early and the room was spacious, had a large bed with different kinds of pillows to choose from, a wooden floor and everything was new and lovely decorated. The night was completely quiet and I enjoyed every minute I spent at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and the station is just 10 minutes away.

We checked ourselves very easy after receiving a numerical code which is used in the hotel’s entrance. Our room was all clean and ready for us after a long day sightseeing in Thun. The next day the hotel staff was very nice at the counter. Overall, exactly what we expected.

Great hotel but.......
This is a great hotel for the price. Modern, clean and very convenient. The only problems we experienced are the noise from early in the morning due to the depot next door loading and unloading trucks (on the side where our room was). The other problem was the uncomfortable high temperature (we had very warm weather over our stay!); there is no air-conditioning! A small fan that was provided didn't really make things any better. This is the third time we stayed at the hotel. Next time we'll pay a bit more and stay in a room with a balcony located on the other side of the building.

Lovely hotel BUT no bar/restaurant open at weekend
Hotel was amazing. Room very comfortable and clean. Coffee tea water available in reception at all times BUT what let us down this time was it advertised 2 restaurants and a bar NEITHER OF WHICH WERE OPEN AT WEEKENDS!!!!!!! Also we booked through hotels.com and booked balcony and garden view for al 3 rooms we didn't get either. When we told reception the following morning ( as no one there to complain too before then) we were apologised to and only offered our car parking refunded!!! Very disappointed as otherwise this was a lovely place to stay.

Great rooms
Rooms were very modern and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast is an additional cost of nearly 20 CHF. There is a free bus service into Thun with a ticket from the hotel.
