The location can’t be beat—it’s so close to both the Meramac and Huzzah rivers for floating and fishing! They spent a couple of hours touring the Onondaga cave and several more floating the Huzzah. The fishing pond on the property provided entertainment and enjoyment for the boys while my husband sipped coffee in the early a.m. Unfortunately I was unable to join them for this trip and am bummed to have missed the fun. I would have loved to sit by the fire at dark listening to the sounds around me and seeing the Milky Way in the sky. Next time, I’ll be sure to be there! ##### Daryl M. This house and property are very beautiful and well maintained. The house is bigger than we realized, providing good space to spread out but gather as well. The house has very comfortable furniture and the house is very well stocked with great attention to detail to help make your stay more comfortable. The grounds are well maintained as well with a pond down a short path and a nice fire pit area. We had storms one of the nights we were there and the property manager was very responsive, and planned ahead by messaging to give us a way to get our vehicle and ourselves out of the storm in the event the weather got worse.We would rent this home again when in the area for sure. Things to note however: With heavy rain there was water that gathered on the enclosed porch that did leak so we were not able to enjoy this area of the home, however there is another enclosed sun room with a nice table to use. There were also 3 spot light/camera looking devices in the corners of the common areas which I am not sure what they are exactly. I did ask the hostess but did not get an answer to that question. Even with these things I would still rent this home again (I would want to know what the light/camera things are),but overall we were all very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this home and hostess. ##### Holly T.
