This home is full of comfort and small conveniences, from the gas fireplace encased in stone to the private washer/dryer and the top-floor office to make your stay all the easier. Spend summer afternoons grilling outside on the deck, winter evenings watching movies and playing board games around the coffee table in the living room, and most of the year enjoying a host of community amenities, including a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a gym, a steam room, and massage services. At night, choose from one of the five comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep - two bedrooms with a king-size bed apiece, a third with a queen bed, a fourth with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, and a fifth with a twin day bed. What's nearby: This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park. Pool is beautifully landscaped and was just out our door. We stay in this area often and enjoy and appreciate being so close to the Wild Plum for morning coffee walks. Fridge ice maker was leaking so we shut it off and bought bagged ice. Kitchen really well equipped, tons of glasses/dishes. Beds super comfy. We had some very warm days (August) but the unit was very comfortable.. Staff at the on-site office were very friendly. We had a quick question for Vacasa and it was very difficult getting to an actual person. Ex., I called the Vacasa number I found in the home and it was answered with a recording from Wyndom. Location is good - you can easily walk to the base and gondola. But, you almost never need to! The shuttles run constantly. We didn't rent a car due to how expensive they were at the time and didn't realize how awesome the shuttle service would be. They constantly circled to take you to the gondola. With a quick phone call they will pick you up and take you into town for grocery shopping, dinner, etc. I would never rent a car to go to Steamboat again! The towhouse was really nice. Great amenities, clean, well appointed, etc. The service from the front desk was also great. Super helpful, nice, etc. Highly recommend. ##### Jonathan S. We used the pool and fire pit several times in our stay,as well as our private deck and grill. The local property manager could not have been more helpful and allowed us to check in early as we had babies who needed to nap. It was located within a short drive to town and most attractions. A few suggestions: 1)we could have used a few more fans as it was a warm weekend 2)the kitchen could be a little better stocked- cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap are helpful and usually pretty standard. 3) on the website it would be helpful to be able to determine which rooms are on which floors- makes a difference with young families. ##### Ann S. The air conditioning could’ve been stronger (we called maintenance when we first arrived because it was HOT and it turns out the breaker was off… we called Saturday evening and it was fixed on Sunday afternoon) so we had one uncomfortable night. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and needed a large enough space to accommodate 14 people. Was ideal giving each of the 4 couples their own room, a nice bunkbed room for the grandsons and 2 twins for our teenage granddaughters. The living space was a great size to fit us in and the back porch was especially nice with 2 grills, a table and several outdoor chairs. Perhaps the only downside was that the internet didn't work in our unit. Also some of the living room furniture is a bit "tired". Our bed (master bedroom) had a very comfortable mattress and had no complaints about any of the other beds. The pool/hottub area was in close proximity and a nice size with chairs and tables. I would recommend this unit and would consider staying here again if I need this large of a space. ##### Joyce W. The shower in the master bedroom (upstairs) tends to spin and spray water out of the shower - plus the movable shower head won't stay in a higher position. There were several light bulbs that did not work. The lavatory in the master bedroom (downstairs) won't hold water.
