CONDO ARRANGEMENT – Single level unit Single level condo: 1 flight up from outdoor parking lot Bedroom 1: King Bed, Desk, Ensuite Bathroom 1 (shower with bench), Walk in closet Living Area – Gas fireplace, TV with cable and smartTV functionality, Desk with desk chair Dining Area – Table for 3, 2 barstools at breakfast bar Kitchen – 4 burner electric stove, Fridge with water filter and ice maker Full Bathroom 2 – Shower/tub Combo Patio Access Location: \-- Lifts: A few hundred feet from the Gondola. Guests can either ski, snow permitting, or quickly walk from the hot tub entrance to the Gondola. \-- Town: 3 miles to downtown Steamboat. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops at the Steamboat Ski area base. \-- Hot Tub: Down the hall to the shared outdoor hot tub \-- Free Bus: In between two bus stops for the free Steamboat Springs Transit Arrival, Access, and Parking: – Accessing the Property – 1 flight of stairs from the outdoor parking lot to the front door of the complex. Our condo is on that floor. There is an elevator that services all levels of the building, starting on the covered garage level. – Parking – 1 assigned parking spot in the covered garage. Additional overflow parking in the outdoor lot (first come first serve basis). No trailers allowed per HOA rules. – Property is off of a regularly plowed main road. We still recommend snow tires or AWD if visiting Steamboat in the winter. Private Amenities - among other things, this condo features: Gas fireplace 2 Desks & a desk chair Private patio with chairs Designated ski locker Shared Amenities - this complex has: Shared large outdoor hot tub Communal washer/dryer (coin operated) Private on call shuttle (during ski season) Front desk Bike storage in the covered garage Ski in/out access LCSTR20232165 Minimum age to book: 30\. All guests must be above 30 unless they are children of the booking party. Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay. A $2500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions. Please note -- We know accidents may happen. We charge a required non-refundable fee, for all bookings of 29 nights or less, to cover any small damages and wear and tear that may have occurred during your stay. Damages caused by gross negligence or violation of the house rules are not covered by this fee. This fee will be charged through our Guest Experience software Enso Connect. Love the size of the property as it's easy to navigate compared to larger condo buildings. We used the hot tub and enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service.
