EagleRidge Townhomes 1496 is a spacious, four-bedroom home in Steamboat Springs, where you'll be an easy walk from the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and a private deck where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. The comfortable living area has vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. Throughout the house, you'll find six flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, free WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a private two-car garage for your convenience. The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. You'll also find an additional full bathroom, a half-bathroom located on the main living level, a sleeper sofa in the lower-level sitting area, and a twin sleeper sofa in the open loft area. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. (Total of 10) The family room was large with lots of sitting room. The fireplace was so cozy too! We liked being near the pool and hot tubs. After a day of skiing it was nice to warm up in the hot tub. The shuttle drives by often, (every 20-30 mins) so you can get a ride to downtown or Gondola Square easily. We didn't cook really, so I don't have much to comment on that department. A lot of towels/soaps/etc., were provided. The kitchen/family room area was spacious and allowed for all 9 of us to relax comfortably together. The house is next to the pool/hot tub, which was so convenient. You can walk to the gondola and food market and some eateries/shops, which we took advantage of. The shuttle loops around continuously taking people to the mountain if you didn't want to walk the 8 mins. The shuttle is also on demand if you want to go into town or anywhere else. Nov 16, 2022 #### Family reunion Recently had a family reunion at this complex with 7 condos rented out. Perfect place for this, everyone was close and the kids loved the pool area. Our condo was very accommodating. Each bedroom was comfortable as well as each with a bathroom which was great. Kitchen had what we needed as well as a large dining table. I do think the place needs updating with window coverings as it made the rooms dark. Also there are strings that small children kept playing with-could be dangerous. I wish they had steps off of the balconies to the common area, that would be so convenient. We didn’t have hot water and management was very quick and helpful to resolve the problem. The pantry was locked so we had to put all the kiddo snacks on the counter which reduced the meal prep area. AC was definitely needed as it was warm the week we were there. Tub with jets in upstairs bathroom was a hit with adults and kids - they had a bubble bath. We complained there was no umbrella for the table on the deck - but then noticed a great one in the garage the day before we left. Our bad! Vacasa staff were wonderful. They supplied extra bin liners and dishwasher pods when we asked - and they walked them down to us. Shared pool and hot tubs were wonderful to relax in after hiking. Common sitting areas on all 3 floors. Right across from pool and hot tubs, sign up reservations required because of COVID. Jan 21, 2018 #### Stop dilly-dallying and reserve your dates before someone else steals this accommodation from you! My family weren't naughty this year, they were nice (as always). Therefore, their Christmas gift was to get to stay in this fabulous accommodation. They all loved it! We had a mixed bag of skiers and non-skiers ranging in age from 9 through 72\. For the skiers the location was perfect. Most days we walked to the slopes, with the exception of the day we walked outside as the shuttle pulled up; that day we were lazy and accepted the 2-minute ride. The non-skiers wondered what the heck we were thinking, spoiling a beautiful snow day with a gondola ride when we could be ambling down to the footpath that meandered into town for shopping, eats and drinks. Guess it's all in the eye of the beholder!? Anyway, for those reading this review, it's a swanky pad, that easily accommodated 9 people (3 couples plus 3 kids). We took full advantage of laundry, the great kitchen, and loved that the accommodation was split into "cellar-dwellers" and "groan-ups" (at least that's what the kids called us when we went to bed too early for their liking). I'm struggling to think of a reason why you would not want to stay here. Stop messing about and reserve your dates before someone else does! ##### Christopher B.
