The City of Steamboat Springs is installing a roundabout in Ski Time Square Drive directly in front of Kutuk. The road work will run approx May until Nov 2024. I have reduced the rates to compensate for any noise and/or road wait time to enter and leave Kutuk. The work is only Mon - Friday. This unit is managed by Condos in Steamboat.
