Cimarron Circle is ready to wrap you in mountain style on your next Steamboat vacation. This stunning four bedroom townhome is across the street from the Resort and has high-end amenities to make your vacation unforgettable.
Walk into the entry level from the one car garage and you'll find tons of storage for your gear and clothes. There's two bedrooms on this level, including a Queen bedroom and a bunk room with a Twin over Full futon, both with their own large ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs to the main level and you'll find the heart of the home. Gather together in the plush living area with a warm gas fireplace & lots of seating options for your entire group. You'll love the decked out kitchen with stainless appliances and everything the chef in your group will need. Have dinner at the oversized dining area with seating for eight at the table and overflow seating for five at the breakfast bar. Head outside onto the deck from the main living area and soak in the private hot tub while chatting with friends or whip up dinner on the gas grill. There's a Queen bedroom with Twin bunk beds and ensuite bathroom on this level as well. On the upper level, you'll find the second lounge area filled with movies & games, plus a small office space. Rest & relax in the King Master suite on this level that has a large ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower, powder room & dual vanities.
Additional amenities include a community pool & hot tub, heated garage, high-end linens, walking path access to the Resort.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin in this townhome complex at 9:30 p.m.
Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Master, Queen bedroom with Twin bunks on the main level, Queen bedroom on the lower level, bunk room with Twin over King. Full pull out in the upper level lounge. Sleeps up to 12 guests.
Location: 1/8 mile to Steamboat Resort with walking path access. 3 miles from downtown Steamboat.

Exceded expectations

We arrived on a Saturday by 4pm and started cooking chili right away. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We did have issues with the coffee pots not working in the am but it was taken care of. It was easy to communicate with the manager. Our beds were comfortable but made of memory foam. I would've liked a more firm mattress. Our family members slept well. The snow was awesome but very cold and we had the shuttle take us to the center until 10am. Pick up at the transportation center was spotty. We loved the hot tub, the gas fireplace, heated floors, and ambiance of the Unit. They had games, colored pencils and coloring books available for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back!

Happy Trip

Better than expected! The condo is cozy yet room to spread out for 3 families. Lots of games hidden under bar for young ones. The video game table was used a lot by all. The kitchen was extremely well supplied and all appliances were top end. The first floor bedrooms are small but have nice baths attached. All floors have radiant heat which is wonderful. Hard to control heat but manageable. Hot tub very very nice. The queen bed under the bunk bed in first floor bedroom was not the best and the queen bed in other first floor bedroom was not the best and that room does not have wifi. All other rooms have wifi. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.

Birthday Ski Trip

We were celebrating a 3 way birthday with friends and this place was absolutely fantastic!! Totally surpassed our expectations!! Matt was great, communication was on point and the check in process was a breeze. The shuttle service was a game changer and super easy to use, and when we felt like walking to take in the views, is was only a 7 min walk or so to the lifts. We were all in agreement that we would love to stay here again on our next visit to steamboat!

Lovely mountain getaway

Our family came to to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday. The place was perfect for our families. The pool and hot tubs were great and used often! Thank you for helping us to make some amazing memories!

Cimmaron has it all

This unit has all the elements necessary to make a luxurious ski vacation. Beautiful high ceilings and a private hot tub make you feel like you are truly at a mountain lodge. The property manager John is extremely helpful and very quick to help with any issues that pop. Rent it if it’s available!

Christmas in Steamboat

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The owners have made sure that guests have everything they could need/want during vacation. We've stayed in many places throughout the Steamboat Ski area and this was by far the nicest. The home is within walking distance to the base but the shuttle also makes pick up and drop very convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub after our days out skiing and lots of movies by the fire. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the game table on the top level. The property manager was fantastic and always available when needed. We hope to return again soon.

Amazing stay!

We had an incredible week as a group of 10 (4 adults, 5 children) at this property. It is close enough to walk to the slopes and there's plenty of storage at the house for all your ski gear (plus dryers for boots and gloves!). Jon, the property manager, is very attentive and met us at the house upon arrival to acquaint us with the home and all its amenities. We can't wait to return!!

Great condo with lots of space

This condo is as advertised and was plenty of space for the 7 of us. It was in great condition, clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. The kids (and my wife) enjoyed the old school arcade game—a real blast from the past! The private hot tub on the balcony was a great bonus. The unit is about a 10 min walk to the slopes—walkable with ski boots but would be tougher carrying skis. We took the free shuttle most days, which came by every ~20-30 min, on the longer end on bad weather days. Jon was a great host—very accommodating and extremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again if available!

Amazing stay!!

What an amazing stay we had at this property! Jon (property manager) was so easy to deal with and helpful with all our questions. The location, hot tub and cleanliness was perfect. The shuttle was very useful getting our group to ski area and downtown for dinners! Would do it all over again! Our first trip to Steamboat and won’t be our last!
