Storm Meadows Townhouse 4 is a spacious, five bedroom, three and a half bathroom, three level, beautifully and recently remodeled (January 2025) modern mountain-style townhome, offering three king bedrooms, including the master en suite, plus two other bedrooms and full bathrooms, as well as a powder room. The entire unit was just repainted and has brand new flooring throughout. It features floor-to-ceiling windows with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area and is only steps away from the Storm Meadows pool, hot and gym. The breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area. Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features the brand new full kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal and an electric grill on the deck! Sit back and relax on the brand new leather sofa and warm up by the gas fireplace, watch a game tor show on the Large flat screen tv and take in the fantastic views. Dine, drink or play a game at the dining table, which comfortably seats 6, perfect for a family or group. There are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Both are also a great place to set up a laptop. Combined with Xfinity High Speed WiFi, this makes Storm Meadows Townhouse 4 perfect for your remote working needs. Upstairs are three bedrooms, including the master king en suite, where you can also enjoy the fantastic mountain views. It has a king sized bed, large flat screen tv, lots of storage and a beautiful bathroom with a walk in shower. It is on it’s part of the top level and offers privacy from the other two bedrooms upstairs. The other two bedrooms are brand new and part of the recent remodel. The upstairs king bedroom is large and includes a flat screen TV, dresser and closet storage plus a bonus nook with a desk/hutch and chair and has slope views. The two twin room room has a flat screen TV a closet and valley and mountain views. There is a beautiful, brand new full bathroom upstairs in the hallway with a walk in shower. On the bottom level are the other two bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. Both have flat screens TV’s, dressers and closets, and feature access to the ski in/out deck and amazing mountain vistas. There is full bathroom downstairs in the hallway with a tub shower combo. The slope side lower level deck also has a secure ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go! There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain. Feb 23, 2024 #### Great view, Home Needs Remodeled - Property Managment was great! This townhouse has one of the best views of the mountains - and a great ski-in and ski-out location. As a result, it is secluded from any "resort like activities, and causes difficulty if you don't have a car - as food and supplies are not accessible through an easy walk (1.6 miles each way). However, I cannot speak highly enough of the private shuttle service that always did their best to accommodate us and the property management through iTrip. Making reservations in advance is key. We wish there was a local bus perhaps that ran until 10pm (to at least the Gondola base area) so that we could night ski and get groceries and go to restaurants without having to reserve in advance. In addition, we did report a few problems, and iTrip took care of them immediately. The interior of the place is very tired- doesn't insulate from noise well (if you are sleeping downstairs you will hear walking on main level) - and looks shabby for the price that is being charged - we expected a lot more given other places (outside of Steamboat) we have stayed. For our experience in Steamboat, it is about average. Nonetheless, the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, and great for cooking at home ... note that there are no spices, or things that sometimes accompany short term rentals. If you are there to ski - and don't care about going to town, it is perfect. It is very isolating for non-skiers. Most of all the location and snow were amazing! The access to the ski slope is incredible and the view out the windows is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the skiers coming down the mountain, especially for night skiing. The only complaint we had was that the kitchen was quite beat up and in need of some updating and new cooking accessories like pots/pans and knives. However, this did not prevent us from having a wonderful and very comfortable vacation. I would rate our stay a 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend this unit. ##### Cathy B. The remodel of this townhome is done really well, with higher end finishings and amenities (such as electric blinds, nice tile and carpet and comfortable bedding and beds. The living/kitchen area is a bit smaller for a large group than we anticipated, but once you get settled in it won't matter. There is plenty of seating at the big dining room table, bar and outdoor on the deck. The location is beautiful, right off the ski hill, which allows for easy access for biking, riding the gondola, hiking on the mountain, and drinking your coffee on the deck with such a peaceful view. We used the pool, which is very close by (2 min walk) and we appreciated that there were already towels there for us to use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need in a rental, and there are a few extra pillows/blankets/fans in the bedrooms for extras. The management company was easy to access and quick to respond, and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. We loved our time here so much! ##### Cary S. Property was just as described, very clean, well equipped, AMAZING views of the mountain from every room!!
