Across the street from base area/Gondola Transit Center to town, restaurants, pubs or grocery store Knoll Lot music festivals walk-In/walk-out Gas fireplace Lockable ski storage outside the building Bike racks on the property (right outside building) Coin operated laundry in the building During the summer, you are across the street with access to the beach, biking and hiking trails, the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn. No Smoking or Pets Allowed The West is one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right across the street from base area/Gondola Transit Center. The West unit #3531 is a two level property that lives like a townhome with nobody above or below you and features unforgettable views of the Steamboat Resort Slopes. The spacious, open living area on the top floor offers valued ceilings, a gas fireplace and ample, comfortable seating on a large sectional sofa and two lounge chairs to watch TV along with lots of windows, great natural light and the aforementioned amazing vistas. The fully stocked kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher and granite countertops. It has a large oven, range and microwave and has everything you will need to make a meal. There are plenty of dining options with six chairs for the dining table plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is also a deck that is accessible from the living room, that has both amazing valley as well as slope views. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the lower level. The master en suite provides a queen bed, flat screen tv, large closet, comfortable chair/ottoman and stunning slope views. The private, undated bathroom has a walk in shower. The other bedroom has two twin beds (Can be made into a King - please note when booking), a closet and a dresser. The other full bathroom is in the downstairs hallway, is also updated and has a tub/shower combo. There is an outdoor lockable ski storage facility. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
