Lots to do for all ages and tons of places to eat! Highly recommend this lodge. It’s close to the village and very accessible to roads for getting out and about. No A/C but no surprise there. It's within walking distance of the base of the mountain if you choose to walk, however we had 2 young kids so catching the shuttle was a much better option for us. We never had to wait more than 5-10 min for the shuttle. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 4\. Cons - Queen sized bed in master is terrible. Desperately needs to be replaced. The other con we had is that the kitchen is very poorly supplied. Minimal pots and pans. Tupperware for storage was almost non-existent. We understand that things like salt/pepper, olive oil, pam, aluminum foil are not guaranteed to be part of the arrangement but we often find that some or all of these things have been left behind by previous travelers. Salt and pepper were the only accoutrements found in the kitchen. Overall, we would stay Steamboat Lodge again due to the location but we would likely try to find a different unit in the complex. ##### Ross D.
