Only disappointment was the pool was not open in mid September which I wasn’t informed of until the week before by Vacasa and the hot tubs closed two hours earlier then the posted 10:00pm signs. I know it’s not busy season but my kids were disappointed to no use the heated pool. Otherwise great stay just check pool closing before you book if that’s important to you. ##### Kathleen L. The location is great if you're going to ski! Each unit is different, and the photos make things look better than they are. Furniture is very old, and falling apart. The king bed in the master has a huge depression on the right side. All of the bathroom fixtures are 20 years old - faucets leak, baseboard heat in the master didn't work (but it was still warm enough), pots and pans are in dismal shape - warped, coating on pans coming off. This place needs an overhaul to charge the same rate as other units that have been updated. The staff at the front desk is great - and again, the location is awesome! ##### William P. Staff was warm and helpful, but also relaxed. Building was not quite at today's standard of convenience and style, but perfectly comfortable and actually a better environment to relax in with close friends and family than a glitzier plsce would have been. Honestly, the only things that bothered us at all were, I suspect, responsibility of the individual unit owner. I didn't know they still made Mr Coffee type machines. I do know they don't make decent coffee. Similarly, it seems chintzy to stock a "sleeps 7" condo with so few plates, bowls, and glasses, some of them chipped. The biggest annoyance for our group, which likes to cook simple meals together, was the dullest collection of cheap knives i have ever seen--even as a ooor kid growing up in a trailer. ##### Mitchell W. It was in the closest building to the slopes and the unit was just one flight down the stairs and a few steps from the hot tubs which was ideal for us after a long day on the slopes. Also, this unit comes with a washer and dryer! I definitely used the dryer every day to dry ski gloves and clothes. These are the reasons we chose this condo. These perks definitely made up for any negatives. The reasons for only four stars: you could hear EVERYTHING going on above us. It was like they were having a party at 6:18am every morning. Also, the condo itself was a bit shabby. It was in dire need of new bedding as the bedding was faded and worn. The living room chairs had the bottom coming off underneath of them. The carpet was very old and worn. The countertops were the old laminate kind where other units had updated with granite. Next time we come here I'll definitely seek out a condo on the third floor! That being said, the condo served its purpose well and we had a great vacation and look forward to coming back! ##### Zach H. I loved waking up to a beautiful, peaceful surrounding. This is our last softball tournament in Steamboat for awhile as our daughter will be heading off to college in the fall. We have had many fond memories. We have had many fond memories of baseball and softball in steamboat Springs over the years. It was clean and satisfactory but bedding, appliances, and general appearance is outdated. Pictures were misleading. It's in a building with multiple floors and is not sound proof.
