After a day on the mountain, relax by the gas fireplace in the large living area of your comfortable condo or marvel at the views of the base of the ski area and the pool from your private balcony. This mountain, ski-in/ski-out getaway features a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, two TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi, and a stereo for your enjoyment. There is also central air-conditioning and a washer and dryer (detergent provided) on-site for your convenience. The main suite features a king bed and an attached master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds plus a trundle. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, four outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, fitness room, ski lockers, and on-call shuttle services to take guests to shopping, dining, and other local activities. Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.
The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.
THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking. There are two twins and a trundle.

Wonderful ski trip
my family very much enjoyed our stay. the location of the condo couldn't be better. My kids (6,6,9) loved the pool and spa. We were able to easily get to lifts, ski school and take lunch breaks in the condo. You can also store your skis in the lower level which made mornings a breeze.

The view, the layout and the plentiful seating were wonderful! There were also plentiful hooks to hang jackets and all the other snow gear/stuff, which was great. All around, a comfortable place to hang, sleep and return to after a day on the slopes.

Fun and Convenient
This property was wonderful! We brought our 7 month old and it was so comfortable. Steps from the slopes- it was easy to pop in and out throughout the ski day. They have a free shuttle that will take you anywhere you want to go in town with 10 mins notice. The condo itself was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had perfect amenities! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals (appliances, utensils, etc), and the table was large. The walk out balcony looked right over the base area and gondola- great view! The pool and hot tub were easily accessible and clean. Ski lockers were an added convenience. Overall— would absolutely choose this property for another Steamboat ski trip!!

BK Mom’s Trip
We are mothers of a married couple in Steamboat and this is the latest of multiple stays on the mountain to visit our children. We love Torian Plum for the views, for how clean our lodging always is upon arrival and for how well stocked the kitchen is. Our unit did not disappoint and we will be back in the future!

Large, well appointed condo with nice views and a great location: ski in/ski out.
Compared to other units we've been in at Torian Plum (all quite satisfactory) this unit seems newer, bigger and in great shape. It has nice ski lockers on the ground floor, which the Plaza Building does not, and is close to the pool and hot tub. Ample underground parking. One thing to bear in mind is that the lobby for TP is in the Plaza Building and this unit is in Creekside, next door and slightly uphill. After lugging the luggage up the stairs! to the lobby, it was necessary to then move it all to the next building. However, the lobby staff were helpful in doing so.

Ski Time at Steamboat
The Torian Plum property was excellent, beautifully maintained, perfect location, nice people at the desk, great location, everyone was helpful and pleasant. The unit was very nice in all respects except the bed in the second bedroom was kiddie-size and extremely uncomfortable. Apparently the design of the unit was such that the second bedroom could not accommodate a full size bed. Unfortunate.

Beautiful condo in great location
This is a very nice condo with really everything you need. It’s been so hot this summer, we enjoyed the air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable. The location in the resort is great! We also took advantage of the shared pool and hot tubs. Overall great stay-would love to stay here again!

Great space and great location for our family trip!
We loved Torian Plum for our family summer vacation! We were impressed by how clean it was when we first entered, which was important in the COVID world we are now living in. They made check-in easy, as we were arriving after the lobby would be closed. Someone from the front desk called us proactively and sent an email with detailed instructions on how to get into a lockbox. Very easy and went smoothly. The condo itself was really spacious, especially in the living and dining room area, and the two bedrooms were also very spacious. My kids loved the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom! I loved the spacious king size bed and master bedroom, as well. The outdoor pool and spa were both open and we had no trouble finding chairs each day. And we loved the walkable location to the gondola, cool green spaces to play with the kids and other fun activities right outside our condo. (a few minute walk) A few things that were not great (although wouldn't deter us from going back): 1) the washer and dryer in unit was so convenient - however it was broken, and also very small. The property manager said a new one was coming the next week, though, and they did make it right by allowing us to use another very large washer and dryer in another unit during our stay. Also, when booking, it said laundry detergent would be available, and it wasn't. Luckily, I had brought a sample detergent package just in case. 2) several blinds in the unit were broken. This isn't a huge deal, but if people were sleeping in the living room, which we did, it could be problematic if you want it dark in there. Overall, we loved the Torian Plum area, and had a great time! The drive to the downtown area was about 5 minutes away, which was really convenient. We would absolutely return.

Holiday in Steamboat
The room is gorgeous. It's updated but no so much you forget you're at the base of a mountain. Very clean, comfortable, spacious. Has everything you need. Detailed directions on how to run everything in the condo. Great view of the base, great location.
