Welcome to Timber Retreat, a stunning 3-bedroom townhome nestled in the picturesque CrossTimbers Townhomes neighborhood of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This beautifully designed retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends seeking adventure and relaxation in the mountains.  
  
With a spacious layout of 1,712 square feet, Timber Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The home features two elegant king suites, each providing a serene escape, along with a cozy bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for children or additional guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep, while the three bathrooms offer convenience and privacy for all.  
  
The heart of the home is the inviting living area, complete with a warm fireplace that sets the perfect ambiance for cozy evenings. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or the kitchen island, which also serves as a great spot for casual breakfasts. There is a desk for those of you who need to catch up on emails or join a Zoom call in between runs.  
  
Step outside to discover the outdoor amenities, including a decked area where you can soak in the fresh mountain air and look up towards the ski area. The community offers a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or hiking. During the summer, enjoy the community tennis courts, just out the front door. For those looking to stay active, the property is surrounded by a variety of recreational opportunities, including skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.  
  
Timber Retreat is equipped with modern conveniences such as free Wi-Fi, a smart TV for entertainment, and air conditioning for your comfort. There is a full size washer and dryer so you can pack less - we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for less hassle.   
  
CrossTimbers Townhomes has a ski season shuttle that loops back and forth from the ski area, so hopping on and off is a breeze. If you'd rather walk, the slopes are about 1/4 mile and there is also a free Steamboat City bus stop about 1/10th of a mile away. If you're visiting during the summer, hop on your bike from the home and access miles of trails nearby or if walking is more your speed, there are plenty of sidewalks and serene neighborhood trails to enjoy.   
  
The home has a private 1 car garage, and that is the only guaranteed parking space. There is no driveway parking. The garage is modern and clean and will fit a Ford Explorer sized vehicle. The neighborhood does have a covered parking structure which is on a first-come, first-served basis and a spot is not guaranteed. Or skip driving in the snow altogether and rely on the ski season looping shuttle and other public transportation options and grocery delivery service and really relax.   
  
Located just a short drive from the vibrant downtown area of Steamboat Springs, you'll have easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping.
