The view was great, the ability to have a shuttle to take us into town was fabulous. However the living room couch is failing apart, stuffing is coming out of it, and when you sit on a cushion it sinks to the bottom. There is a wood bench(not pictured) with a flimsy pad. Very uncomfortable furniture. The pedestal sink is loose and seems as if it could fall over. The bathroom fans are as loud as a jet engine. There was no stationary bike in the upstairs loft.
