Important HOA Restrictions: The HOA has a policy of not allowing sports teams and players to stay at their property. If you are visiting for Triple Crown, Soccer, Lacrosse or visiting for any other sports event, whether for adults or kids, please select another one of our great properties. Thank you.  
  
The Mountaineer complex is occupied by year round residents & second home owners. There are a couple of rentals like this one. Summer time means open windows at night (most units don't have A/C), and sound carries from the deck and hot tub. Parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks, hot tub or pool are not allowed. It is a violation of the City of Steamboat STR rental permit and the HOA rules. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the unique character of this neighborhood. Thank you.  
  
STOCKED UNIT: All our units are stocked with all supplies that you will need for your stay: toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, napkins, coffee filters, trash bags, small soaps, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, Dawn kitchen sink soap, Cascade for the dishwasher, Lysol/Clorox wipes, hand soap pumps at all sinks, hand sanitizer, 409/spic n span or similar counter spray, two sets of sheets for each bed, minimum of 6 sets of towels per bathroom, pool/hot tub towels, etc. (this is not your beach rental - you will not need to buy TP).  
  
This unit is managed by Condos in Steamboat. Kim and Dan Filler, owners of Condos in Steamboat have lived, worked and played in Steamboat for the past three decades. We will make sure you vacation is one to remember. You will keep coming back to Steamboat year after year - we promise!

#### Wonderful week in Steamboat

This was our first time to visit Steamboat. Kim the manager of the townhome was very helpful as we prepared for our trip. The townhome was beautiful and very convenient to the ski slope with a shuttle stopping by the house every 10 min or so.The house was very well stocked and clean, we really felt at home. And the boot and glove dryer in the garage was amazing!!

#### EXCEEDED expectations! 

This place is everything it claims to be, and more! My family of 8 1 baby stayed here for a long weekend of skiing, and from the moment we walked in, we couldn't believe how immaculately clean and beautiful it was. Kim was extremely helpful with logistics and planning, gave us helpful tips for getting to and from the condo, and helped us with any questions about the property and Steamboat.It is spacious, has a beautiful mountain feel, and is in amazing condition. They even provided some necessities for the baby! This was by far the best kept Vrbo I have ever stayed in, and we would be thrilled to stay again in the future! Thank you so much for everything, Kim!

#### Wonderful home in great location 

One of the best vacation homes we’ve rented anywhere. We’ll be back again someday! Property was clean and as presented online. It was our group’s first trip to Steamboat and the location was good! Everyone loved the convenience of the ski shuttle and boot and glove warmers. The pre-stocked amenities were very thoughtful. Kim was a wealth of information in advance of our stay and easy to communicate with. Our three families had a great time and this property worked out beautifully.

Great property! All your needs are provided! Kitchen well stocked! Plenty of “extras” (towels, robes, linens, etc.) A quick 10 min walk to gondola or a private shuttle to take you everywhere you need. Property manager was great and answered any questions.

#### Great unit and even better service

Everything about the unit was great! It was gorgeous, very clean, and very well equipped. Kim, the property manager, was extremely responsive and helpful. She put our lift tickets on the kitchen counter before we arrived and also helped us save 20%. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off at the front door. You use an app on your phone that asks you were to be picked up, dropped off, and how many passengers. It usually arrived within 5 minutes. The ski locker in Gondola Square was helpful. You didn’t have to lug your skis back and forth. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as advertised and even better. The entire property was meticulously maintained and beautiful. Entire family enjoyed the hot tub and the private shuttle was a game changer getting to the ski resort quickly.
