Two Adults in two other rooms. And one room with teenagers. It was perfect for us. I'd advise there are multiple stairs (its 3 levels, of course). There's plenty of room to spread out in the living room and kitchen was spacious as well. There were high end appliances, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig, etc. If you needed it you had it. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Having a big tub in the master was perfect for our 2 year old. She enjoyed that tremendously. The shuttle stops by every 15 minutes or so which is super convenient to get to the mountain. Its a very short drive to the base. Not too far to town either! It was gorgeous, very clean, and very well equipped. Kim, the property manager, was extremely responsive and helpful. She put our lift tickets on the kitchen counter before we arrived and also helped us save 20%. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off at the front door. You use an app on your phone that asks you were to be picked up, dropped off, and how many passengers. It usually arrived within 5 minutes. The ski locker in Gondola Square was helpful. What a fabulous trip to Steamboat. We feel we hit the jackpot when we opened the door to this gorgeous townhome. Spacious, extremely clean (in fact I've never rented anything so clean in my life), comfortable, very well equipped. We were two families with kids. The kids loved the TV room & the hot tub when we were home. We skied, played, rode snow mobiles, went ice skating, dog sledding, soaked in the hot springs. You can call the shuttle and it comes by and picks you up at the front door. It is part of the complex. the drivers are really nice & helpful. The unit comes with a ski locker in gondola square. That was really nice. We didn't have to lug our equipment back and forth. Just left it up there until the last day. The property mgr, Kim, is amazing. So helpful, so organized. She had our lift tickets waiting on the kitchen counter & she was able to help us save a bundle on the lift tickets. We loved this trip & this unit.
