Just over the bridge you’ll find the rodeo grounds, the iconic Howelsen Hill ski area, the sports complex and ice rink. It is a 3 story building with the unit on the 3rd floor. The master brm is co on Yampa St and the other 2 bedrooms face the alley. We chose to use queen bedroom at back of unit as it was more quiet and just 2 of us. The location is right in center and very walkable. Tubing is just across street along with many restaurants.
