"I frequently visit & love Steamboat….Initially we had some issues with the keyless entry being non operational. There was a lockbox (cumbersome for our elders)that we had to use to ensure all parties had access to freely come and go from the unit. Then finding the parking passes was our next challenge. Once all that was figured out then we were visited by maintenance (the next day) needing to do some measurements. Ugh! The rest of the time went well. It’s a spacious unit."

The location right on the river was heaven, access to the Yampa Core Trail less than 30 seconds away, 8 minute bike ride to downtown to experience the local restaurants and music scene was outstanding, and so much more! "We really enjoyed this condo. It was nicely updated and had a well-equipped kitchen. We also were thrilled that it had a washer/dryer--very important for a ski week! The location was right across from a walking path that led directly to the base area. It was only a 10 min walk to the gondola. The outdoor hot tub and pool were a nice size and were very clean. Indoor parking was a plus as well! And, there was a bus stop between the condo and the base area. We made good use of the free bus...
