We purchased in 2020 and have been painstakingly remodeling our dream Steamboat home. The first floor has been completely gutted and renovated. The spacious layout features an oversized kitchen perfect for gathering and cooking. The kitchen is open to the living room and sitting area with a large slider out to the south side deck. A spacious entryway, tv room and half bath with laundry complete the first floor. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms including primary bed with large en suite and two smaller bedrooms and the second full size bath. A balcony deck off the primary is perfect for morning coffee or quiet retreat throughout the day. A split unit in the primary bedroom quickly cools down the room in the heat of the day. Our highly sought after neighborhood in Old Town is full of local families and a quick 10min stroll to downtown. Bring your bikes and bike to trails everywhere. Summer in Steamboat is truly magical and our location puts you right in the midst of it all. Walk downtown to Howelsen for the free summer concert series on Saturday evenings. Get up early and walk to grab breakfast downtown before the crowds. Set up on the deck for dinner or the private patio for relaxing by the fire pit with cocktails.
