Enjoy the perfect family getaway. Freshly renovated with all-new luxury furnishing and bedding. Walk to the slopes or jump on the free shuttle right outside your door. Enjoy mountain views from the open living/dining/kitchen or relax in your private hot tub while stargazing. With 3 bedrooms and a loft, this home easily sleeps 9 comfortably.  
  
As you enter this beautiful mountain home, you\`ll find a spacious entry with plenty of room for storing coats and shoes. There is a laundry room at the end of the hallway on this first level. There is also a 2-car garage with room to store skis, sleds, and hiking equipment. This home has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the entry level, you\`ll find a bedroom with a bunk bed, twin over full, and a shower/tub combo in this en-suite bathroom. The main level has a large bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. You will find the kitchen/living/dining room on this main level as well as a patio with a hot tub. The upper level has a master bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with double sinks and shower. Just off this master is a loft space with a full-size memory foam sofa bed, TV, and card/game table.  
  
You will have access to this entire home.   
24 hours prior to check-in you will receive instructions on how to access the home.  
  
This home is located in the Resort Zone within walking distance of the ski slopes, gondola, and many restaurants and shops. The free shuttle has a pickup/dropoff immediately outside the home. The shuttle can be used to go downtown, grocery, or the resort.  
  
Please keep garage door closed at all times. In the winter, pipes can freeze and you will lose heat and water and have a large bill to pay! In the summer, bears are active and will get into the trash and if they associate the home with food will become nightly visitors and get more bold.  
  
\- Any guest-initiated cancelations and resulting refunds shall be net of any non-refundable processing fees deducted by any third-party payment processing services. Refunds are limited to the amount received net of those payment processing fees.  
\- No parties or events  
\- Must be at least 30 years old to rent  
\- No pets without prior approval  
\- Store gear in the garage and please remove shoes inside  
\- Quiet hours between 9pm-9am  
\- Please remove shoes inside the home  
\- Keep any hot tubs covered when not in use. Use of any hot tub is at the guest’s own risk and minors shall not be permitted to use the hot tub without adult supervision. Do not bring any glass in or near the hot tub. Notify us if the hot tub needs additional service. Excessive or abusive use of the hot tub will result in an extra cleaning fee charged to the guest in the amount of $500 or the cost to repair or sanitize.  
\- Keep the garage door closed at all times. Guests will be held fully liable for any and all damages that result from doors, windows, or garage doors being left open during freezing conditions.  
\- Any guest-initiated refunds will be net of any 3rd party credit card processing fees. Credit card processing companies generally do not refund those fees to guests or hosts.

#### Great spot with good value near the slopes

Best parts of this vs other similar listings is how many people it can ACTUALLY fit and # of bathrooms. Most "8+ person capacity" ski area homes really only fit that many if you're including children you can force 4 of into a bunk room while sharing a bathroom. This home actually fits 8 adults very comfortably and has all the right amenities. Plus we ended up paying around 500/person for 7 people for 4 nights and you really can't beat that so close to Steamboat. Thanks Fergus!!

#### Thanksgiving in Steamboat

We had an amazing time spending Thanksgiving with family, at this location! Beautiful home, plenty of room. Hot tub was amazing. Plenty of amenities. Kitchen well stocked and allowed us to have a Thanksgiving feast without worrying about bringing anything other than food. Close to everything! Enjoyed the escape room, ice skating and soaking in the local hot springs. Amazing trip!
