most beloved year-round mountain destinations. Penthouse 704 is a sprawling  
  
two-story retreat, encompassing 3,935 square feet of refined luxury, ideal for  
  
groups or families of up to 14 guests.  
  
This magnificent penthouse boasts five well-appointed bedrooms and five  
  
bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature plush king-sized beds, while the  
  
fourth offers two full-sized beds. The fifth bedroom is perfect for younger  
  
guests with two sets of bunk beds. For additional flexibility, the living room  
  
includes a queen pull-out sofa sleeper.  
  
Every detail of Penthouse 704 reflects mountain elegance, from gas fireplaces  
  
and tumbled slate accents to granite countertops and vanities. The interiors  
  
are adorned with plush carpeting, a combination of slate and hardwood  
  
flooring, and tasteful mountain furnishings. Guests will appreciate the  
  
spacious galley kitchen, formal dining area, walk-in closets, and indulgent  
  
whirlpool tubs.  
  
Exclusive to this penthouse is a private sauna, perfect for unwinding after a

 The Steamboat Grand Pool and Hot Tubs will be closed for routine maintenance
