The property is as good as it looks on line. We received a very helpful information link several days prior to arrival. The check in process was smooth. Everything was as we hoped and expected so we didn’t have any reason to contact the property manager. The windows in the great room are gorgeous and provided a great view of all the Christmas lights in the neighborhood. Five minute walk to the gondola each morning for skiing. We grilled on the deck, took walks on the trail that could not be any closer, and took in shopping and dining in downtown Steamboat. ##### Vickie Y. Also, short drive to town. Check-in was easy. Use of pool/spa area was not real clear but one quick text to property manager answered our question. Property was clean although main level was a bit worn. All in all it was a great stay, met our families needs and in a good location. Would definitely return. ##### Cayla S. However, the property management company doesn't take care of it at all. Here is what happened: - Showed up to property and they were re-tiling the master bathroom and weren't even close to finishing. - Put up a temporary shower rod/curtain that fell down on my mother in law when she was showering. - Flatscreen tv in living room literally fried when we were watching it. - Many of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers were empty. I will never stay at a Nomadness Rentals property again. Look elsewhere. There are many other properties to rent in Steamboat. ##### Andrew S. The little Wild Plum shop a few steps down the path was a hit for the kiddos. The place was super clean and well-equipped for everyone. We loved the rooms being downstairs as it was nice and cool for the summer. We even saw a mama and baby moose right outside our front door. Would definitely stay here again and think it could also be perfect for a winter ski stay. ##### Cortney B.
