They ended up sending an email with no helpful information in it. On our way into town I called the help number. It took 20 min for the Vacasa customer service guy (who was super nice) to figure out there indeed was no code needed and we needed to call the property directly. Early check-in was not an option and the front desk person never asked for ID, nor were they very friendly or helpful. Once in the condo, we had a great time. Only a couple of things were missed by cleaners, but they weren't a huge deal. The location was great for getting to and from the slopes, with a nice view of the gondola. Parking was easy, but we wondered what happens if it all fills up because the lots weren't very big. We'd definitely stay here again, now knowing how to navigate the check-in process to make it less stressful. ##### Lindsay F.
